Chris Schatz's Obituary
Chris Schatz, longtime Bergen farmer/rancher, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at Trinity Hospital, Minot.
Chris was born at rural Karlsruhe to John and Agatha (Pfau). He was a WWII Veteran.
Chris is survived by Geri, his wife of 69 years, and children, Colleen (John) Campbell of Casper, WY; Danny (Diane) of Fargo; Greg (Jackie) of Minot and Connie (Ed) Sundby, Minot; 9 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and a brother, Adam.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 sisters, and 1 brother.
The family prefers memorials be directed to the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame or to Minot's Tough Enough To Wear Pink.
A graveside service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Bethke-Nelson Funeral Home.
