Freida (Dockter) Ehrman, 91, of Garrison, ND, formerly of Drake, ND, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018 at St. Alexius Garrison Memorial Hospital in Garrison, ND.

Freida Dockter, daughter of Michael and Christine (Gienger) Dockter, was born October 11, 1927 near Anamoose. At an early age, she moved with her family to the McClusky area where she was raised and educated.

She married Albert Ehrman on July 1, 1946, and they farmed south of Drake until retiring in 1985. Albert passed away August 11, 1986.

She is now on her journey to heaven and will be missed by all who knew her. She touched many lives during her days shared among us.

Freida is survived by her children, Roger (Janelle) Ehrman, Clayton, NC, Ramona (Gilbert) Thingvold, Velva ND, and Janice (Michael) Haugen, San Tan Valley, AZ. In addition, she is survived by 9 grandchildren; 22 great Grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; one brother, Benjamin (Betty) Dockter of McClusky; and 4 sisters, Christine (Eddie) Kauk of Isanti, MN, Mary (Laverne) Axt of Bismarck, Martha (Gordon) Felchle of Goodrich and Katherine (Ronald) Seibel of Witchita, KS.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a daughter Jacquelyn Ehrman who died at birth; her parents, Michael and Christine Dockter of McClusky, ND; and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral: Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 2:00 P. M. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Drake.

Visitation: 1 hour prior to service at the church on Saturday (1 p.m.)

Burial: Trinity Lutheran Cemetery of Drake.
