James K. Adam's Obituary
James K. Adam, Bismarck, formerly of the Drake area, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the St. Alexius Hospital in Bismarck. A private family celebration of his life will be held. Arrangements with Bethke-Nelson Funeral Home in Drake, ND.
James K. Adam, son of Herbert and Lucille (Yterland) Adam, was born April 9, 1943 in Minot. He grew up on the family farm south of Drake, and received his education in the Drake Public School.
James was once married to Beverly Lemer.
He is survived by his five children, daughters, Roxanne (Jeff) Zellmer of Lakeville, MN, LeAnne (Alex) Klein of Bismarck, EvAnne 'Jami' Adam of Rapid City, SD and TaraAnne Tatum of Fargo; son, James (Allison) Adam of Gig Harbor, WA; 11 grandchildren; three brothers, Robert (Karalee) Adam of Bismarck, Gary (Connie) Adam of Utah and Dean Adam of Bismarck; and one sister Diane Adam of Las Vegas, NV.
James was preceded in death by his parents.
