Jocelyn Williams Matcha (Joci Heart), daughter of Anna & Brian Matcha, was born January 31, 1996 in Ames, Iowa. As toddler she
moved to Fargo, North Dakota. She attended Fargo South High School and went to work at the Family Business, Time 2 Play Discovery Center, LLC. She was the Infant room teacher and went on to also become the Director of the Center.

Through her School years she was part of the Fargo South Dance Drill team. She sang in the city girls choir that performed in the
Medora Musical. She was chosen to audition for the voice in New York City. But most of all she loved supporting the local musicians
and being part of the FM music community, playing local shows and supporting other local artists. Working with children and their families was her passion. The deep bonds and friendships she created with each and every family she came into contact with meant the world to her and lasted her entire lifetime and beyond.

Family meant everything to her. She would choose a evening at home with her family over a night on the town. She thought of herself as a
second mother to her little sister and took over everything from school conferences to doctors appointments. She was the light of her life.

She is survived by her parents Anna Lacy and Brian Matcha, her sister Quinn Matcha Fargo, North Dakota. Grandmother Sheila Lacy of
Fessenden, North Dakota. Grandparents Pete and Joann Matcha of Grafton North Dakota. Many Aunts, Uncles and cousins. She was
preceded in death by her grandfather H. Morgan Lacy.
