Judith Bahnmiller, 75, Isanti, MN, formerly of Bismarck and Chaseley, passed away May 29, 2020 at Isanti, MN. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the committal service will be held at the Bowdon Country Seventh-day Adventist Cemetery at a later date.

Judith was the youngest daughter of Emil and Martha Axt of Goodrich, North Dakota. She was one of eight children and is survived by her siblings Melvin Axt (CA), Carol Kirkegaard (CO), and Lyle Axt (MN).

On June 9, 1965, she married Allan Bahnmiller of Chaseley, ND. The couple lived on the Bahnmiller Family homestead and farmed with Allan's family, Gerhart and Mary Bahnmiller and his brothers. The couple had two daughters, Laurel and Michele. Allan and Judy eventually moved to Bismarck, ND to continue raising their daughters where Judith was a homemaker. In 2015 they moved to Isanti, MN to be closer to their daughter, Michelle and her family

Judy was very active in the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Bismarck and enjoyed singing for the congregation and teaching the younger children in Sabbath School.

She had a passion for gardening and flowers and has a yard full of lovingly planted items for the blooming season even now, with the help of her ever-faithful husband, Allan.

Judith was a very active Mother and an even more active Grandmother to her four grandchildren, Paige Radcliff (Laurel's daughter) and Nolan, and the twins Max, and Helaena Luke (Michele's children). Judith and Allan have always helped their daughters whenever they could. An example of this would be Judith coming to live with Michele and her husband to nanny one of the twins since daycare could not be procured for both twins at the same time. She always put others first and did her best to be a helper in any way she was able, an endless generosity of love.
