Julie Jackson, 65, Drake, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2020 at the St. Aloisius Nursing Home in Harvey. Arrangements are with Nelson Funeral Home of Drake.

Julie Ann Olson, daughter of Jerold and Darlene (Bradley) Olson, was born June 26, 1955 at St. Petersburg, VA. She was raised in Minot, ND where she graduated from Minot High School in 1973. She then attended Minot State College for a time.

Julie was once married to Gary Busek. They made their home in Lincoln, NE. On June 20, 2003, she was married to Roger Jackson in Delight, AK where they made their home until moving to Drake in 2008.

She is survived by her husband, Roger; her daughter, Amanda (Kasey Boucher) Pine of Drake; her son, Daniel (Xyn) Busek of Omaha, NE; 2 grandchildren, Jade and Alexis Busek; and 1 brother, Jerry Auck.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Cindy.
