Luan Rudnick, 63, Anamoose, left this world on Sunday, December 22, 2019 at the St. Aloisius Hospital in Harvey. A celebration of Luan's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements with Nelson Funeral Home of Drake.

Luan Specht, daughter of Andrew and Eleanora (Trusskey)Specht, was born December 28,1955 at Richardton, ND. Luan graduated from Fargo South High School in 1974 and attended NDSU, graduating with a degree in Marketing in 1979.

On April 20, 1985, Luan was united in marriage to Kenneth Rudnick at the Faith Lutheran Church in Bismarck. They made their home on the Rudnick farm near Anamoose, ND, where, in addition to working with Ken on the farm, Luan was a homemaker, mother and a great friend to many.

She enjoyed auction sales, casinos, playing cards, raising Boxer pups and watching movies and HGTV. She maintained a wonderful sense of humor!

Luan is survived by her husband of 34 years, Ken; their 3 children Nicholas, Megan (Gerald) Micko, and Dustin; 6 sisters and 3 brothers, Roy & Donna Stern, Elaine & Wilfred Fetch, James & Voni Specht, Dennis & Sheila Specht, Mae & Tom McCone, June Barnhart, Betty & Gary Duttenhefer, Maxine & Steven Malsam and Carol Vasquez; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Brown and Kathy (Keith) Sethen.

She was preceded in death by her parents; baby sister, Darlene; and her father & mother-in-law, Clem and Estelle Rudnick.
