Norbert A. Fix (Bert), 80, Lisbon, formerly of Fessenden, died April 21, 2021, at the North Dakota Veterans Home, Lisbon. A graveside service will be  held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at the Hillside Cemetery, Fessenden, ND.  Arrangements by Nelson Funeral Home, Fessenden, ND.

Norbert was born April 10, 1941, in Fessenden, to Karl "Charley" and Katherine "Katie" (Boser) Fix. He was raised and educated in the Fessenden area and graduated from Fessenden High School in 1959. After high school, he joined the Navy.

Norbert is survived by his sisters, Adeline (Ray) Ziegler and Eileen (Jay) Culley; and several nieces and nephews.

Norbert was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Ernie and Clem.
