Raymond Grauman died at his rural farm home by Fessenden, North Dakota on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at the age of 71.  Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Concordia Lutheran Church, rural Fessenden, North Dakota.  Pastor Shirley Teske will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.  Arrangements by Nelson Funeral Home, Fessenden, North Dakota.

Raymond was born August 17, 1951 to Walter and Margaret (Kieper) Grauman in Harvey, ND. Raymond graduated from Fessenden High School. He attended North Dakota State University and graduated from North Dakota State School of Science in Wahpeton with a degree in diesel mechanics in 1971. He worked as a mechanic for John Deere before returning to the family farm to join his father and Uncle Leonard.

Raymond is survived by his brother Donald (Liz) Grauman, Fargo, brother-in-law Wesley Belter, Fargo, nephews Michael Grauman, Fargo, Michael and Matthew (Rachael) Belter, North Carolina, Mark (Bridget) Belter, Casselton and nine great nephews and nieces. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, sister Judy Belter, and brother Neal.

Raymond enjoyed farming and restoring cars. He also enjoyed reading and was a loyal member of Concordia Lutheran Church in rural Fessenden.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the Concordia Cemetery Fund or a memorial of your choice.
