Sandra Leah Rudolph (White), 77, of Mandan, ND and formerly of Fessenden, ND, passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2024, Edgewood Hospice in Mandan, ND.  A Celebration of Sandra's life will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, May 4, 2024 at First Congregational Church in New Rockford, ND with Pastor Mindy Meier and Pastor Shirley Teske officiating.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.  Burial will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Fessenden, ND following the reception. Sandra was born April 5, 1946 in Pensacola, Florida to Hassel and Charlotte Jean (Weiss) White.  She was the oldest of 5 children.  As a child, Sandy traveled the country with her family due to her father's many Naval commissions.  In 1963, she graduated from Westerville High School, Ohio.

Sandy went on to get an accounting degree from the University of Mary.  Through the years, Sandy worked at the ASCS in Fessenden and at Sioux Manufacturing.

She married William Rudolph on January 5, 1980 in Minnewaukan, ND.  She instantly became a loving stepmother to William's four children.  They settled in Beulah, ND to raise their blended family.  Sandy was the manager of a local bank, then a buyer for the coal gasification plan, and ultimately worked for the Department of Agriculture at the ASCS office in Beulah.  Sandy finished her career in Washington, DC with the Department of Agriculture and retired in 2010.

Sandy enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, and all crafts.  Sandy loved to visit with family and friends.  Sandy was always active in her local church through the years and even served as lay pastor for a few congregations.

Sandy was preceded in death by her parents Hassel and Charlotte Jean (Weiss) White and her Grandparents Olga "Dee Dee" and Eddy Weiss.  She is survived by her beloved husband, William Rudolph, Stepchildren Kevin (Lisa) Rudolph, Kelly (Vicki) Rudolph, Lori (Gary) Dacus, Jennifer (Roger) Bryan, Siblings Bruce (Rosemarie) White, Debbie (Larry) Schmitz, Brian (Joan) White, Laura (Juan) Urista, multiple grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
