Terry E. Alsaker, 59, Maddock, passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017 at the St. Aloisius Hospital in Harvey. His funeral will be held Thursday, August 31 at 10:30 a.m. at the Viking Church of rural Maddock with burial at the Hamberg Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00 P. M. to 7:00 P. M. at the Nelson Funeral Home in Fessenden.
Terry Eugene Alsaker, son of Henry and Evva (Nerlien) Alsaker, was born November 22, 1957 at St. Paul, MN. He grew up in Coon Rapids, MN where he attended Coon Rapids High School.
Terry worked for a number of years in various oil fields throughout the United States doing surveyor and seismograph work. He also worked as an auto mechanic for several years. In the last three years, while battling cancer, he had resided in Maddock.
Terry enjoyed watching Viking football and Nascar.
He is survived by his siblings, Lannis Alsaker of Princeton, MN, Sheila (Jim) Mayne of Deerwood, MN, Loren (Mary) Alsaker of Blaine, MN, Steven (Michelle) Alsaker of Zimmerman, MN, Robyn (Eric Johnson) Risovi of Maddock and Lisa (Chris) Pehler of Ramsey, MN; his brother-in-law, Jerry Quinehan; 15 nieces and nephews and many grand nieces and nephews.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Linda Quinehan; 2 nephews, Wade Quinehan and Ryan Thom; sister-in-law, Gail Alsaker; and many aunts, uncles and friends.
